Cycling is the headline. I train with structure, race gravel and road events, and document the whole journey: ride reports, gear reviews, and honest training notes on this site.

Most of my riding happens in and around Oklahoma: long gravel days, fast group rides, and the occasional ultra-distance event. It's endurance work: consistent miles, structured efforts, and the occasional sufferfest for good measure.

A note on the last two seasons: I lost my sister in May 2025 and stepped away from training to grieve and process. Grief has its own timeline. This season is the comeback, and it's why the plan means what it does.

Underneath the bike, I'm a Site Reliability Engineer with deep experience in cloud networking, infrastructure automation, and security across hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes).

I focus on building resilient, observable platforms that let teams ship faster with confidence: infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code guardrails, and observability systems that catch problems before they become incidents.

I've led initiatives across:

• Security & Compliance: Policy-as-code, network hardening, compliance automation
